I picked out this bag in dark raspberry for my mom to buy (Christmas gift). My normal everyday purse I had been using for over a decade had started to have a lot of wear and tear. I planned to pick another black one because I have fun and cute ones for special occasions, but I was pleasantly surprised about how good this color looks. I can use it whether I dress up or down and it doesn’t look out of place. The leather is soft, the color is gorgeous, and it looks classy. The best part of it is the convertibility though. The straps have gold grommets that snap together so you can make it either a shoulder bag (with the strap doubled up and snapped together) or as a crossbody bag. I’ve bought a lot of Kate Spade bags, and this one is genuinely my favorite now.
