We do not offer gift wrap. For most items however, you have the option of including a gift message of up to 150 characters at no additional cost.

You'll be able to see order details and shipping information for all your orders. After your order ships, we'll email you with your tracking information. You'll also be able to see it in your order history.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders may take up to 3 days to ship from the warehouse. Domestically, it usually takes 3 to 7 business days for ground delivery once the item is shipped.

In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department at 877-850-1079. We will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can. If we are able to locate a replacement, we will send it to you at no charge to you and will ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us using our free return service.

Though infrequent, there are instances in which an item can become out of stock while an order clears through our system. Rest assured; you will not be charged for this item. You may see an authorization hold on your account, which will drop off in 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
